Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Manager (Private Practice) to lead the Grant Private Practice, oversee billing to Medicare and health funds, and drive performance across related areas. You will implement controls, monitor outcomes and support growth across services.

The role focuses on supervising teams, establishing robust financial and information systems, and ensuring compliance with practice obligations while providing leadership in a busy health care environment on the Gold Coast.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and review the effectiveness of areas participating in Granted Private Practice.
• Ensure obligations relating to Granted Private Practice arrangements are met, including the end-of-month disbursement process.
• Establish, implement, monitor and review financial and information systems to support business continuity and growth.
• Supervise and manage staff in line with contemporary HR practices and policies.
