Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Manager (Management Accounting) to join the Financial Control unit in the Gold Coast region. You will lead financial analysis, support project managers, and drive budget alignment with strategic objectives.

The role offers flexible work arrangements within a large health service, with a base salary of $160,092–$169,398 per annum and superannuation. A CPA/CA qualification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Mandatory tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or Commerce.
• Mandatory accounting professional qualification equivalent to CPA or CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance and business advice to Project Managers and Service Directors.
• Lead consultation processes with internal and external stakeholders to identify and quantify future financial implications.
• Develop policies and procedures to support a strong internal financial control environment.
• Ensure budget alignment with the Hospital and Health Service's strategic and operational objectives.
