Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Nurse Manager (Referral Strategy and Performance) for the Gold Coast Health system. You will lead referral strategy, coordinate with HealthPathways, and drive performance across the Refer Your Patient services directory and CPC implementation.

The role offers a temporary full-time appointment for 12 months, with flexible work options and a strong focus on clinical excellence. The base salary is AU$140,632–AU$152,685 per year, plus superannuation and leave loading.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing is required.
• Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia is required.
• Vaccination evidence must be provided or completed.
• Criminal history screening will be conducted.

The unit is responsible for maintaining and optimising the portfolios of Refer Your Patient incorporating Clinical Prioritisation Criteria (CPC), Smart Referrals and the Referral Intake Hub. These portfolios are integral to the ongoing monitoring of referral management demand and capacity across GCHHS.
