Job summary

NAB in Melbourne seeks a senior leader to drive governance and performance management across a large Personal Banking change portfolio. You will own portfolio visibility, prioritisation and reporting frameworks to steer strategic investment and delivery outcomes.

You will lead and develop a high‑performing team, embedding automation, data insights and operational excellence to continuously improve governance and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in portfolio management, PMO, governance, or large-scale transformation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise change delivery and portfolio management.
• Proven ability to create executive reporting, dashboards and data insights.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and risk management capability.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering operational excellence in complex environments.
