The University of Western Australia (UWA) invites a strategic leader to become Manager, National Security Due Diligence. This role leads the due diligence screening program and analytical methods within the Counter Foreign Interference and Security function, shaping risk assessments for collaborations, funding and personnel disclosures.
You will provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders, enhance organizational capability through policy development, and support Defence Industry Security
The position sits within the Counter Foreign Interference and Security function of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) (ODVCR), under the Associate Director, Counter Foreign Interference and Security. The function is the University's authority on national security.
Employment checks will include information on gender-based violence, sexual harassment, and related misconduct to meet legal obligations. A current National Police Clearance will be required by the successful applicant.
