Shepparton Villages is seeking a proactive Communications, Marketing and Engagement Manager to lead our regional communications and engagement efforts. The role supports the CEO, Executive Team and committees while coordinating multiple projects and channels.
You will shape information-sharing across residents, families, staff and external partners, maintain brand integrity and drive engagement in a changing aged care environment.
Shepparton Villages (SRV) is more than a place, it's a community. A leading provider of retirement living and aged care services, with three sites across the Greater Shepparton area, our mission is to provide our residents with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment where they can enjoy their retirement years to the fullest.
We are committed to promoting the health and wellbeing of our residents and employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As an organisation, we value diversity, respect, and collaboration, and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
One of our greatest needs is for effective communication: with residents and their families, with stay‑at‑home clients, with staff and potential new staff, with suppliers and contractors, and with government and other key stakeholders.
At a time of big changes to government policy and funding and growing expectations for aged care providers to continue lifting the levels of quality and choice on offer, there’s never been a better time to be involved in the sector.
Shepparton Villages offers a change‑oriented “issues‑rich” environment with a lot of things to do and talk about - and we’re getting on with it! You can help to lead that.
Are you a proactive and highly organised professional who enjoys a mix of autonomy and teamwork?
The Communications, Marketing and Engagement Manager is a dynamic role supporting Shepparton Villages’ communication and engagement activities, as well as providing professional coordination and support to the CEO, Executive Team and designated committees.
You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced and varied environment, confidently manage competing priorities, anticipate needs and adapt quickly when circumstances change.
Strong professionalism and discretion are essential, as the role involves handling sensitive and confidential matters. Some flexibility to work outside standard business hours will also be required.
We value our team and the wonderful work they do.
All appointments are subject to a NDIS Worker Screening Check, prior to employment and periodically during employment.
