Job summary

Kelly+Partners is seeking a Manager for the Inner West office to lead and review client work across business services and tax, delivering advisory and growth solutions. You will mentor and develop team members, partner with a diverse portfolio of clients, and collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience within a Chartered Accounting practice.
• CA qualified or near completion.
• Strong technical expertise across business services and taxation.
• Experience reviewing junior team members and mentoring.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficient in MYOB AE, APS, Xero and QuickBooks.

• Managing and reviewing client work across business services and tax.
• Providing tax planning, advisory and business improvement solutions.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
• Managing workflow and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Mentoring, coaching and developing team members.
• Working with Partners on client matters and practice growth.
• Identifying opportunities to add value and deepen client relationships.
