Job summary

Kelly+Partners is seeking a Manager in Sydney to lead client work across business services and tax. You will provide tax planning, advisory and business improvement solutions while mentoring a junior team and building strong client relationships.

You will collaborate with Partners on client matters, oversee workflow, and contribute to practice growth and leadership development within the Inner West office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting practice.
• CA qualification or close to completion.
• Strong technical expertise in business services and taxation.
• Experience reviewing the work of junior team members.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Client-focused approach and delivery of exceptional service.
• Experience using MYOB AE, APS, Xero and QuickBooks.

• Manage and review client work across business services and tax.
• Provide tax planning, advisory and business improvement solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Manage workflow and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.
