Job summary

Kelly+Partners Inner West is actively seeking an accomplished Manager with a Chartered Accountant background to lead client engagements across business services and tax. You will work closely with Partners, mentor junior staff, and drive practice growth within a collaborative, client-focused culture.

This role offers leadership responsibility, exposure to advisory work, tax planning, and opportunities to progress toward senior leadership and Partnership within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience within a Chartered Accounting practice.
• CA qualified or near completion.
• Strong technical expertise across business services and taxation.
• Experience reviewing the work of junior team members and providing mentoring support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using MYOB AE, APS, Xero, QuickBooks and related accounting software.
• A desire to continue developing as a leader and contribute to the growth of a successful office.

Responsibilities

• Managing and reviewing client work across business services and tax.
• Providing tax planning, advisory and business improvement solutions.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Managing workflow and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Mentoring, coaching and developing team members.
• Working closely with Partners on client matters, strategic initiatives and practice growth.
• Identifying opportunities to add value and deepen client relationships.
