City of Moreton Bay invites applications for a Manager – Infrastructure Project Advisory, based in Strathpine. Lead the Infrastructure Advisory function, overseeing feasibility, land, utilities, commercial and regulatory inputs to enable confident investment decisions.

The role requires extensive advisory leadership across complex projects, governance experience and ability to translate technical and regulatory advice into strategic investment options.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in multidisciplinary infrastructure advisory functions (land, utilities, commercial, regulatory).

Infrastructure Planning plays a critical role in delivering on this vision, ensuring the projects and programs that shape our growing city are feasible, investable, compliant and well managed. The Infrastructure Advisory function sits at the centre of this work, bringing together technical, financial, land, utilities, commercial and regulatory advice to support confident, well-informed investment decisions.

As Manager - Infrastructure Project Advisory, you will:

• Lead the Infrastructure Advisory function, setting priorities and ensuring coordinated, high-quality advisory outputs.
• Provide leadership across feasibility, land and utilities, commercial and regulatory inputs.

What we are looking for:

• A credible, experienced advisory leader who's comfortable operating across disciplines and translating complexity into clear advice for decision-makers.
• Significant experience in multidisciplinary infrastructure advisory functions (land, utilities, commercial, regulatory).
• Strong understanding of feasibility, business case development, governance and risk.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate technical, financial and regulatory advice into strategic investment advice.
• Experience operating in complex project and governance environments.
• Proven leadership and team management capability.
• Tertiary qualifications in planning, economics, finance, property or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Construction Induction Card (White Card) and current C class driver's licence.

The Details:

• Full-time, 4-year contract
• TRP $263,908 – $292,961 (inclusive of 12% super and leave loading)
• 5 weeks annual leave
