Job summary

ADP Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant - Data Management & Integration to lead the delivery of complex client implementations across payroll and workforce management platforms. Based in Cremorne, VIC, this permanent full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).

You will act as the Data Management & Integration SME, partnering with clients to design, configure, validate, and deliver data migration and integration

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Data Management & Integration solutions in software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, SFTP, middleware, and file-based integrations.
• Experience with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, HCM, SAP, Oracle or similar enterprise platforms is highly regarded.

We're seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant - Data Management & Integration to lead the delivery of complex client implementations across payroll and workforce management platforms.

In this client-facing role, you'll act as the Data Management & Integration SME, partnering with clients to design, configure, validate, and deliver data migration and integration solutions that drive successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead data management and integration workstreams across multiple implementations.
• Gather and translate client requirements into scalable data and integration solutions.
• Drive data mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Design and support integrations using APIs, SFTP, flat files, and middleware platforms.
• Lead integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live readiness.
• Provide expert guidance on data integrity, interface design, and implementation best practices.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience delivering Data Management & Integration solutions within a software implementation environment.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, SFTP, middleware, and file-based integrations.
• Expertise in data mapping, migration, conversion, reconciliation, and validation.
• Experience troubleshooting integration failures, data issues, and interface errors.
• Strong stakeholder management and client consulting skills.
• Experience with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, HCM, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms is highly regarded.

This permanent full-time role is based in our new state-of-the-art Head Office located in Cremorne (only 400m walk from Richmond Train Station). We offer hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).
