Job summary

ADP Australia and New Zealand is seeking a high-performing Implementation Manager to lead and develop a team of Implementation Consultants delivering best-in-class HCM solutions to clients. This permanent full-time role combines people management, project governance, and client delivery excellence, with a hybrid work pattern (3 days in office, 2 remote) at our Cremorne HQ.

We are looking for a high-performing Implementation Manager to lead and develop a team of Implementation Consultants delivering best-in-class HCM solutions to our clients.

This is a pivotal leadership role combining people management, project governance, and client delivery excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementations —driving consistency, quality, and efficiency across engagements while coaching your team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

This permanent full-time role is based in our new state-of-art Head Office located in Cremorne (only 400m walk from Richmond Train Station). We offer hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you will have:

• Proven leadership / management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in building talent within teams.
• Strong understanding and experience in payroll, time and attendance systems.
• Demonstrated experience acting as an escalation point both internally and externally, utlitising effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
