Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society NSW in Armidale is seeking a dynamic Manager, Freeman House, to provide strategic and operational leadership across the service and to guide a multidisciplinary team in delivering recovery-oriented programs.

You will ensure governance, quality and accreditation compliance, build partnerships with the community, and drive continuous improvement to achieve positive outcomes for people experiencing disadvantage.

Your Role

As Manager, Freeman House, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the service, leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, recovery-oriented programs that support positive outcomes for the people we serve.

In this diverse role you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and day-to-day operations of Freeman House. You will play a key role in driving service excellence, strengthening clinical governance and continuous improvement, developing strong community partnerships and ensuring the service meets relevant quality, accreditation and regulatory requirements.
