Job summary

St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a Clinical Practice Lead to provide clinical leadership and support to nursing teams across Alcohol and Other Drug services, aged care, disability and Primary Health across NSW.

You will mentor nurses, strengthen clinical governance and promote safe, evidence-based practice while working in a values-driven, inclusive organisation that supports wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership experience in nursing settings.
• Experience mentoring nurses and providing clinical guidance.

Your Role

As Clinical Practice Lead you will provide expert clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing teams across our Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD), aged care, disability and Primary Health services statewide.

Working across diverse service settings, you will provide clinical leadership, mentoring and consultation to nurses, while strengthening clinical governance, quality and safe, evidence-based practice.
