Job summary

SAFECOM seeks a Manager, Office of the Chief Executive and Governance to work with the Chief Executive, translating strategic priorities into action and strengthening governance across South Australia’s fire and emergency services sector.

You will lead a small team, advise on complex matters, and drive governance, risk, policy, and ministerial coordination while partnering with government, SAFECOM Board and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and improvement across governance, assurance, risk, policy, and ministerial and executive coordination.
• Lead a small team and build partnerships that support effective decisions across government, agencies, the SAFECOM Board, and community and volunteer stakeholders.
