Job summary

Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in Geelong is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Contract Management to lead the organisation-wide contract management program and implement the new Enterprise Contract Management Framework. The role strengthens governance, supports contract managers and internal stakeholders, and ensures contracts align with TAC’s strategic objectives.

Hybrid work in Geelong, full-time fixed term to 31 October 2027, with a base salary circa AUD 150,000 plus super and benefits.

Manager Enterprise Contract Management

About the role

As the Manager, Enterprise Contract Management, you’ll lead the organisation wide contract management program, which involves embedding our new Enterprise Contract Management Framework, strengthening governance, and ensuring contracts consistently support TAC’s strategic objectives. You’ll shape and uplift capability across the business, guiding Contract Managers through best practice processes, continuous improvement, and confident, compliant informed decision making.

About the Team

You’ll join a trusted Corporate Legal, Enterprise Governance and Compliance Branch, working closely with senior legal leaders to strengthen contract governance across TAC.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you’ll support the organisation, even without direct reports of your own. You will guide contract managers and internal stakeholders through a clear, consistent and strategic approach to enterprise contract management.

What we’re looking for
Strong Stakeholder Partnerships & Commercial Advice

Works closely with key stakeholders across organisation, in particularly Procurement, Corporate Legal and Senior Leaders to support contract management and negotiations. You will build strong relationships with effective clear communication, providing practical commercial advice, and helping identify cost savings and broader improvement opportunities.

Highly skilled in Contract Governance & Framework Management

Continuously improving and maintaining TAC’s Enterprise contract management Framework, embedding strong contract processes, ensuring documents and systems are clear, consistent and compliant. Supports contract managers and integrates key requirements into sourcing, KPIs, reporting and monitoring.

Experience in Building Contract Management Capability

Helps lift contract management skills across TAC by supporting and guiding our Contract Managers, whilst improving tools and processes, and strengthening supplier performance and relationships. Uses data and insights to spot issues, find opportunities and support better commercial outcomes.
