Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in Geelong is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Contract Management to lead the organisation-wide contract management program and implement the new Enterprise Contract Management Framework. The role strengthens governance, supports contract managers and internal stakeholders, and ensures contracts align with TAC’s strategic objectives.

Hybrid work in Geelong, full-time fixed term to 31 October 2027, with a base salary circa AUD 150,000 plus super and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise contract management programs.
• Ability to embed governance and drive compliant decision making.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation-wide contract management program and embed the Enterprise Contract Management Framework.
• Strengthen governance and ensure contracts support TAC’s strategic objectives.
• Guide Contract Managers and internal stakeholders through best practice processes and informed decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement and better commercial outcomes using data and insights.
