Job summary

TAC in Geelong is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver end-to-end recruitment across the organisation, partnering with leaders to attract and hire top talent. You will design attraction strategies, provide recruitment advice and promote TAC’s EVP throughout the candidate journey.

You’ll contribute to Make Every Day Matter initiatives and help elevate recruitment across the team in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

• 2 positions available: one fixed term contract until June 2028 and one parental leave backfill contract until November 2027 (full time and part time available).
• Geelong office location, with flexible hybrid working
• Offering a competitive starting base salary of $97,130 plus super and benefits

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will deliver end-to-end recruitment services across TAC, partnering with leaders to attract and hire talent that supports a high-performing and inclusive culture. You will design targeted attraction strategies, provide expert recruitment advice and champion TAC’s Employee Value Proposition throughout the candidate experience.

Beyond recruitment delivery, you will contribute to projects and initiatives that support the TAC's Make Every Day Matter strategy, helping to enhance how we attract, assess and engage talent across the organisation.

You will join the Talent Acquisition team, part of the People Experience branch within the wider People, Culture & Engagement division. The team is committed to enabling a high-performance culture where people are capable and empowered to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and community.

What we’re looking for

Talent Acquisition & Attraction Expertise

You bring hands-on experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and disciplines, using contemporary attraction and assessment practices to identify and engage high-quality, diverse talent. You provide expert recruitment advice, apply market insights and develop attraction strategies that support informed hiring decisions. Experience with HR and recruitment systems (PageUp and Aurion desirable) and relevant qualifications in HR or a related field will be highly regarded.
