• Experience in complex investigations, financial crime, fraud, or intelligence.
• Leadership or mentoring of a specialist analytical/investigative team.
• Strong knowledge of banking-related criminal threats (scams, fraud, insider threats).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and prioritise emerging criminal typologies and translate into observations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with senior/risk audiences.
• Sound judgement, analytical capability and high ethical standards when handling sensitive information.

You’ll bring to this role:

• Experience in complex investigations, financial crime, fraud, or intelligence


• Experience leading, coaching or managing a specialist analytical or investigative team


• Strong knowledge of banking related criminal threats, including scams, fraud, insider threats, bribery and corruption


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail across all documents, systems, and presentations


• The ability to identify and prioritise emerging criminal typologies and translate insights into actionable observations


• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior, risk, control and operational audiences


• Sound judgement, analytical capability and high ethical standards when dealing with complex and sensitive information
