NAB is seeking a senior leader in Melbourne to head the Police Requests function within Group Investigations. You will guide a specialized team to review and coordinate law enforcement disclosures, ensuring privacy, legal and policy compliance.

• Experience in financial crime investigations, intelligence, law enforcement liaison, fraud or regulatory environments.
• Strong understanding of privacy law, disclosure obligations, financial crime risks and evidentiary requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing specialist operational teams.
• Experience engaging with law enforcement and regulatory stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong risk judgement, decision making and written communication skills.
