The Manager, Emergency Management and Security Operations is responsible for the strategic oversight of security infrastructure, contracted security service delivery and emergency management preparedness across Venues NSW operations. This network wide role will work across all Venues NSW managed venues to ensure security systems, external providers and emergency response frameworks are effective, compliant and aligned with organisational safety, resilience and risk objectives. You will provide strong operational leadership across security planning, contract management, supervision, training of security staff while working closely with internal stakeholders and external security providers to ensure a consistent and high standard of security and emergency management across the network. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced security professional who is confident working in a complex, high profile venue environment. You will need excellent communication and report writing skills, strong people leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to security, emergency management, compliance and risk.
