Job summary

Venues NSW is seeking a Manager for Emergency Management and Security Operations to provide strategic oversight of security infrastructure and contracted services across its network of venues.

You will lead security planning, supervise staff, and train teams while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure consistent, high-standard security and emergency readiness across Venues NSW facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ operational asset security and contract management experience.
• Experience in emergency management planning and security risk assessment.
• Certificate IV in Security Risk Analysis and relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of security infrastructure and contracted security service delivery across Venues NSW.
• Lead security planning, contract management, supervision and training of security staff.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure compliant, high‑standard security and emergency management across the network.
