Job summary

The NSW Government department is seeking an experienced Manager Diversity & Inclusion to join their People Performance and Culture team across Parramatta, Sydney CBD (Martin Place) or Orange. This contract role offers a hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office.

You will lead development and monitoring of organisation-wide D&I programs, provide expert advice to senior stakeholders, analyse workforce data and manage a small specialist team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience and/or qualifications in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering organisation-wide D&I strategies, programs, policies and initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with experience providing advice to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of department-wide diversity and inclusion programs, strategies and initiatives.
• Provide expert advice to managers and executives while overseeing D&I governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement.
