Michael Page is seeking a Manager - Development for a leading UAE master developer based in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees development briefs, feasibility, regulatory compliance, and cost control across large-scale residential and mixed-use projects.

The candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, manage budgets and schedules, and provide strategic input to senior leadership. A strong track record in UAE master planning is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Finance or a related discipline.
• Around 13+ years of real estate development experience within the UAE market in recent times.
• Proven experience delivering residential, mixed-use or master-planned developments.
• Strong understanding of development feasibility, planning approvals and development processes.
• Demonstrated experience preparing development briefs and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants.
• Ability to manage projects through early development and design stages while ensuring programme and budget compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with leading developers or master developers within the UAE is highly desirable.
