Michael Page is recruiting a senior Real Estate Development Leader to head cross-functional teams across large-scale master-planned projects in the UAE. The role requires steering design, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives while coordinating with investors, authorities, and partners.

Minimum 18+ years in real estate development with 5+ in leadership; UAE experience is mandatory. The candidate will drive market-aligned strategy and revenue-friendly execution.

Job Description

• Lead cross-functional teams in the conceptualization and execution of development projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government authorities, and strategic partners, to facilitate project approvals and smooth execution
• Provide strategic guidance on design and master planning, ensuring alignment with market demands and emerging trends
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure the successful realization of the project's vision and business case
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development function, optimizing processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for new developments, maximizing market penetration and revenue generation
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, leveraging market intelligence to inform decision-making and strategy formulation
• Oversee the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring expenditure and revenue streams to optimize project profitability
• Drive sustainability initiatives within development projects, integrating environmental and social considerations into project planning and execution

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum 18+ years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Prior UAE experience is mandatory
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
