This role requires a highly capable operational leader who can navigate complexity, lead diverse teams, and deliver strong customer, financial, and compliance outcomes.
The Manager, Community is responsible for leading and managing a portfolio of community-based services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers while aligning with Aruma's strategic goals and values. This role provides leadership, coaching, and support to Service Leads and frontline teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As a key operational leader, you will oversee service delivery across a range of settings, including community hubs, respite services, customer homes, and community-based supports. You will be accountable for operational performance, financial management, workforce planning, quality outcomes, and compliance.
The successful candidate will support person-centred practices, ensuring customers receive safe, high-quality support that promotes independence, choice, and inclusion. You will also play a critical role in maintaining compliance, managing risks, and driving service excellence across your portfolio.
