About the opportunity

At Mercy Health, you'll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. The Manager - Cloud and Infrastructure oversees the delivery, reliability and continuous improvement of Mercy Health's cloud services, data centre, core systems and network infrastructure. The role leads the Systems and Network teams to ensure high service availability, strong cyber resilience and responsive support for all sites

What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading cloud, infrastructure and network functions in a complex, multi site environment
• Strong technical depth across Azure, virtualization, servers, storage, M365, backup and recovery
• Strong understanding of networking technologies (LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing, switching, firewalls, segmentation)
• Experience delivering platform uplift, lifecycle management and service modernization.
• Experience managing third party managed service providers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and team leadership
• Experience working within ITIL aligned processes and governance frameworks
  

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
