Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Support Services team in the Richmond office. You will apply IT support skills to help clinicians and staff, resolve incidents, and ensure reliable access to essential systems.

The role is permanent full-time, 38 hours per week, onsite at Richmond with a salary around $72k plus benefits. A Police Check is required, and you’ll work in a collaborative healthcare environment.
