As an Applications Analyst, you will use your technical problem solving skills and your experience supporting enterprise business applications to help achieve even more for all who need us.
Reporting to the Manager, Application Service Delivery, you will join a small and close knit IT Applications team based in Richmond, supporting the systems that keep our hospitals, aged care homes and corporate services running. You will be the technical contact for an assigned group of business applications, taking ownership of incidents and service requests, and working directly with business users and vendors to get things resolved.
This is a hands on role with genuine variety. Alongside day to day support you will deliver small to medium changes, enhancements and projects from analysis through to deployment, and contribute to larger application and integration initiatives.
You will work alongside our application and integration analysts, with real scope to build your skills across Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, integration technologies and healthcare systems.
