Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment PTY is seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager to oversee daily operations of home care services across the Central Coast and Hunter regions. This hands-on leadership role ensures compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, supervises staff, and delivers client-centred care while guiding service growth.

The role requires strong leadership, a nursing/healthcare administration background, and experience with Home Care Packages (HCP) and CHSP.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience in aged care or community services.
• Proven experience in conducting client assessments and developing care plans.
• Understanding of Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) desirable.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel locally for client visits.

The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Aged CareManagerto oversee the daily operations of their home care services across the Central Coast and Hunter regions.

This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, supervising and supporting staff, and delivering high‑quality, client‑centred care. Strong leadership skills are required as well as experience managing home care services as well as a good understanding of Support at Home. You will manage daily operations, support the team and help grow the service.
