Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment is seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of home care services across the Central Coast and Hunter regions. This hands-on leadership role ensures compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards while supporting staff and delivering client-centred care.

You will manage rosters, conduct client assessments, develop care plans, and grow service delivery through stakeholders and referrals. Travel locally as required.

The Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Aged CareManagerto oversee the daily operations of their home care services across the Central Coast and Hunter regions.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, supervising and supporting staff, and delivering high-quality, client-centred care. Strong leadership skills are required as well as experience managing home care services as well as a good understanding of Support at Home. You will manage daily operations, support the team and help grow the service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations of home care services.
• Conducting client assessments and developing care plans.
• Managing rosters, workforce planning, and staff supervision.
• Building positive relationships with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Contributing to business development, including referral networks and service growth.
• Working closely with the senior leadership team on governance and service performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / Qualifications in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management experience in aged care or community services.
• Proven experience in conducting client assessments and developing care plans.
• Understanding of Home Care Packages (HCP) and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements.
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel locally for client visits.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.High level of professional integrity, empathy, and commitment to client-centred care.
• Business development experience or interest in growing services and referral partnerships will be highly regarded.
