Bright Waves Swim School seeks an experienced Manager to lead our Mount Duneed swim school. You will oversee operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional learning experiences for children and families in the local community.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in a swim school, aquatic centre, recreation facility, or similar service-based environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Sound business and financial management skills.
• Commitment to customer service excellence.
• Genuine passion for swimming, water safety and community engagement.
• Swim teaching qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

Bright Waves Swim School is seeking an experienced, driven and people-centred Manager to lead our brand-new Mount Duneed swim school.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing facility, build a high-performing team, and create exceptional experiences for children and families within the local community. As the Swim School Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the operation, from team leadership and customer experience to business performance and community engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

• A genuine passion for swimming, water safety and community engagement.

• Swim teaching qualifications (or a willingness to obtain them).
