Job summary

Belgravia Leisure's Ryan Mitchell Swim Centre in Port Augusta is seeking energetic Swim Teachers to deliver swimming lessons to a wide range of ages and abilities. You will communicate clearly, manage time effectively and work with a supportive team during the peak season from Nov 26 to Mar 2027.

Current First Aid (Level 2), CPR, WWC and National Police checks, plus a current AustSWIM certificate or equivalent, are required.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR certificate required.
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check required.
• Current AUSTSWIM certificate or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents/guardians.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills.
• Work well in a team with minimal supervision during peak season.

The Role

Ryan Mitchell Swim Centre is looking for energetic, confident and motivated people to join our Swim School team during the peak seasonal period of Nov 2626 to Mar 2027. The Swim Teacher delivers swimming lessons to a wide variety of ages and abilities. Successful applicants will be effective communicators who demonstrate a strong attention to detail. You will possess strong time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential.
