Fish N Flips is looking for an energetic, people-focused Swim School Manager to lead our Riverside Gardens venue.

About the Role

As Swim School Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day success of Fish N Flips Riverside Gardens.

You’ll lead a high‑performing Flips Crew, grow enrolments, build strong relationships with families and make sure every Little Fish receives a safe, structured and highly engaging learning experience.

This is a hands‑on leadership role.

You’ll teach. You’ll coach. You’ll problem‑solve. You’ll talk with families. You’ll develop your Crew. You’ll know what’s happening across your venue and step in wherever you can make a difference.

You’ll lead from the front and set the standard for what great looks like.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

You’ll need to hold, or be willing to obtain and maintain:

• Current Blue Card
• Current CPR qualification
• Current First Aid qualification
• Recognised Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification

Keeping qualifications and child‑safety requirements current is an important part of working with Fish N Flips.
