Job summary

Drakes Moonta is seeking a Bakery Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of the bakery department. Reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will help ensure product availability, maintain quality standards and deliver friendly service to customers.

You will lead and coach the bakery team, assist with rosters, stock control and merchandising, and contribute to a safe, efficient retail environment. This role offers on-site training and clear opportunities for promotion within our growing

The Role

Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring full availability of products, and a high level of service to our customers.

Some of the key tasks include supporting the Department Manager with leading and coaching the team, ensuring inventory management compliance and accurate stock levels, merchandising, generating rosters and much more!

Availability Requirements

• Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm
• Fortnightly rotation of a Saturday or Sunday shift
• Ability to be flexible during periods of team leave.
• A willingness to support nearby stores if required.
