Managed Print Services Technician – Onsite Repair & Support

Job summary

Winc in Hobart is seeking a Service Technician to service, repair and maintain customer office equipment within our Managed Print Services offering. You will ensure reliable performance and minimal downtime while delivering excellent customer service.

You will install equipment onsite, configure networks, and train end users; provide remote support to IT teams and Managed Services customers; and assist Sales with technical guidance. Adherence to HSE policies is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or qualification in Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a copier/service technician.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of computer and print management software, including PaperCut, UniFlow, and Microsoft 365.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose machine faults, repair equipment, and conduct final inspections and testing.
• Perform onsite installation of equipment, network configuration, and end-user training.
• Provide remote support to the IT Tech team and Managed Services customers.
• Support Sales teams with pre- and post-sales technical assistance.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting call productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of parts and support equipment.
• Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training and demonstrate commitment to HSE policies.
