Job summary

Winc is seeking a Service Technician for our Managed Print Services in Geraldton. You will service, repair and maintain customer office equipment to a high standard, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime, reporting to the MPS Service Team Leader.

Responsibilities include onsite installation, network configuration and end-user training, plus remote support to the IT Tech team and Managed Services customers.

Qualifications

• Certificate or qualification in Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a copier/service technician.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of PaperCut, UniFlow and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose machine faults, repair equipment, and perform final testing.
• Install equipment onsite, configure network, and train end users.
• Provide remote support to IT Tech team and Managed Services customers.
• Assist Sales with pre- and post-sales technical support.
• Maintain inventory levels of parts and support equipment.
• Complete HSE training and follow Winc policies.
