Qualifications

• Experience managing substantial residential or related construction projects.
• Strong commercial understanding of contracts, budgets, programmes and profitability.
• Ability to build relationships with developers, consultants and clients.
• Proven leadership and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new construction opportunities with developers, project owners and industry partners.
• Build strong, ongoing client and consultant relationships.
• Lead project feasibility, tenders, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Take commercial ownership of major projects, including budgets, forecasting, variations, risk and profitability.
• Coordinate internal teams across design, estimating, approvals, administration and construction.
• Work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure delivery per scope, quality, programme and budget.
• Provide professional client communication, project reporting and commercial oversight.
• Develop repeat business opportunities and a sustainable pipeline of major projects.
• Help shape the division's systems, processes and future team structure as the portfolio grows.
