Qualifications

• Experience delivering Major Projects or large-scale infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
• Ability to navigate governance, funding and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive major capital projects from planning through delivery, commissioning and close-out.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Provide clear reporting and advice to support informed decision-making.
