Job summary

Central Highlands Water in Victoria is seeking a senior leader to join the Capital Delivery Team as a Senior Capital Delivery Lead. You will provide high-level project management and delivery expertise from planning through to delivery for our water and wastewater networks.

The role emphasizes safety, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with internal teams and external consultants. You will manage scope, resources, budgets and timelines across multiple projects, in a flexible hybrid work

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or allied profession.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in a project management role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, resources, budgets and timelines.
• Experience in managing consultants and contractors.
• Experience in stakeholder and community engagement.
• Relevant water or aligned construction industry specialist knowledge and skills and an awareness of government agency reporting mechanisms and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Current driver’s licence.
