Talon Recruitment Solutions Pty Ltd is assisting a leading Brisbane-based Tier 1 mechanical contractor to appoint a Major Project Manager to lead large HVAC projects from inception to delivery. You will coordinate with builders, subcontractors and suppliers, while managing commercial, programme and delivery requirements.

You will be supported by an experienced senior management team and internal engineering resources, with a focus on safety, client relationships and project outcomes.

Competenze

• Extensive experience managing major HVAC projects valued above $5M - Essential
• HVAC project experience in Australia, NZ or the UK
• Strong knowledge of the Australian HVAC construction market
• Strong project programming and financial management skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
• Ability to develop and maintain a strong safety culture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience across drafting, estimating and project management

The Role

As Major Project Manager, you will take responsibility for major HVAC projects from inception through to completion.

You will coordinate closely with builders, subcontractors and suppliers while managing the commercial, programme and delivery requirements of each project.

You will be supported by an experienced senior management team and a strong internal engineering department, giving you the resources required to successfully deliver significant commercial projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing major HVAC projects from commencement through to completion
• Managing project programmes, budgets and commercial performance
• Coordinating builders, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
