Job summary

Dematic in Warwick, Australia is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician responsible for hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of automation equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

You will work across electrical and mechanical maintenance with opportunities to learn and use MEX CMMS; rotation shifts with a 15% loading are possible, and strong communication with customers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Australian Trade Qualification – Cert III in Engineering Mechanical Trade.
• Solid mechanical aptitude with previous maintenance experience.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems, automation, or MEX CMMS is a plus—training provided if needed.

Shift & Working Hours

Rotation shift – 2 weeks Day shift (6 a.m. – 2 p.m.) and 2 weeks Afternoon shift (2 p.m. – 10 p.m.) with 15% loading.
