Job summary

KONE in Perth, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Service Team. You will manage the installation and maintenance of elevator products across building types, from low-rise housing to tall skyscrapers, with a focus on safety and quality.

Successful candidates will have lift industry experience (preferred), electrical license, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to handle breakdowns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Lift industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Current electrical license is required.
• Experience managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder’s expectations.
• Motivated and self-starter who can manage workload and competing priorities.
• Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
• A customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Attending elevator and escalator breakdowns.
• Attending to maintenance activities and repairs.
• Carrying out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards.
• Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region.

We’relooking for a Maintenance Technician to join our high performing Service Team in Perth, WA. No two days are the same as you manage the equipment installation of KONE’s elevator products, across low-rise housing through to the world’s tallest skyscrapers.

What will you be doing?

• Attending to maintenance activities and repairs
