Job summary

Join KONE in Perth as a Maintenance Technician, supporting service teams with elevator and escalator maintenance and repairs. You’ll manage breakdowns, ensure safety standards, and uphold high-quality service while building strong relationships with local customers.

Qualifications

• Lift industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Current electrical licence required.
• Experience managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder’s expectations.
• Motivated and self-starter who can manage workload and competing priorities.
• Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
• A customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Attending elevator and escalator breakdowns.
• Attending to maintenance activities and repairs.
• Carrying out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards.
• Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region.
