Job summary

KONE in Perth, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Service Team. You will manage the installation and maintenance of elevator products across building types, from low-rise housing to tall skyscrapers, with a focus on safety and quality.

Successful candidates will have lift industry experience (preferred), electrical license, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to handle breakdowns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Lift industry experience preferred but not essential.
Current electrical license is required.
Experience managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder’s expectations.
Motivated and self-starter who can manage workload and competing priorities.
Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
A customer service mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Attending elevator and escalator breakdowns.
Attending to maintenance activities and repairs.
Carrying out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards.
Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region.
