Job summary

KONE Australia in Perth is seeking two Lift Installers to join our Installation and Modernisation team on various lift projects. You will contribute to the successful delivery of new installations and modernisations while prioritising safety and quality.

You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with customers, and ensure smooth workflow across different site stages. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician preferred.
• Lift industry experience preferred; open to electricians without lift experience.
• Rigging tickets desirable.
• Experience managing critical breakdowns and stakeholder expectations.
• Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
• Customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on diverse projects from 2-stop lifts to major projects.
• Engage in new lift installation and modernisation work.
• Manage installation environment and on-site activities.
• Coordinate on-site with customers for daily installation and logistics.
• Report installation progress to the installation supervisor.
• Adhere to KONE health, quality, and safety standards.

Due to an increase in workload we are looking for two Lift Installers to join our high performing Installation and Modernisation team in Perth.

What will you be doing?

• Working on a variety of projects from 2 stop lifts to major projects and everything in between
• Varity of new build installation and modernisation projects
• Manage the equipment installation environment during installation activities
• Manage on-site communication with the customer for day-to-day installation and logistical activities
• Responsible for reporting installation progress to the installation supervisor
• Carry out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards
• Carry out the installation according to pre-determined method instruction and schedule

• Qualified electrician preferred
• Lift industry experience preferred, open to electricians without lift experience
