City of Perth is seeking a Maintenance Support Officer to coordinate maintenance across iconic City properties including Council House and Perth Town Hall. You will work within the Facilities Management team, delivering timely planned and reactive maintenance in a CBD location.

As the Maintenance Support Officer at the City of Perth, you will coordinate and process enquiries relating to planned, reactive and corrective maintenance across a diverse portfolio of City properties, including Council House, Perth Town Hall, the City of Perth Library and the City’s car parks.

Experience using building and maintenance management systems, access‑control or surveillance systems, or working within local government would be highly regarded.
You must also be available to participate in an on‑call roster, including after‑hours, weekend and public holiday coverage, to meet operational requirements.
