Job summary

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd in Western Australia is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our Kewdale site. You will lead a technical team, carrying out reactive and proactive maintenance to keep equipment running.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, safety programs, and contractor coordination, with a focus on reliability and compliant operations. The role involves MHE systems and coordination with leadership.

Qualifications

• Formal trade qualifications and valid Australian licences.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, FMCG, manufacturing or logistics.
• Leadership experience supervising multi-trade teams.
• Experience mentoring technicians.
• Experience with automation or material handling equipment.
• Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance.
• Experience in contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Maintenance Technicians.
• Deliver and maintain Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Act as an ambassador for safety across the site.
• Manage maintenance purchase orders and spare inventory for maintenance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot MHE systems including power distribution and conveyance.
• Develop and maintain relationships across levels including leadership meetings.
