MacKellar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a mine site near Nyngan, NSW.

This is a hands-on maintenance leadership role focused on safe, efficient and reliable maintenance operations while supporting a skilled trades team. Working on a 7/7 FIFO roster from Brisbane, you will coordinate daily activities, maximise equipment availability and ensure work is completed to a high standard in a collaborative site environment.

Competenze

• Experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mobile plant maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a maintenance team.
• Sound planning and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with site stakeholders.
• Trade qualifications (Diesel Fitting or equivalent) preferred.

The Opportunity

MacKellar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a mine site near Nyngan, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who can drive safe, efficient and reliable maintenance operations while supporting a skilled team of tradespeople. Working on a 7/7 FIFO roster from Brisbane, you'll play a key role in coordinating daily maintenance activities, maximising equipment availability and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar leadership role within mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of mobile plant maintenance and heavy earthmoving equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a maintenance team.
• Sound planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with site stakeholders.
• Relevant trade qualifications (Diesel Fitting or equivalent) will be highly regarded.
