Job summary

MacKellar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a mine site near Nyngan, NSW. You will lead a skilled maintenance team, coordinating daily activities to maximise equipment availability and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.

This hands-on leadership role offers a 7/7 FIFO roster from Brisbane, camp accommodation and meals, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a trusted mining services contractor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar leadership role within mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of mobile plant maintenance and heavy earthmoving equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a maintenance team.
• Sound planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with site stakeholders.
